When you submit our intro-call form, contact us on WhatsApp, or sign up for our classes, we collect information such as:
- Parent's name and contact details (email, phone / WhatsApp number)
- Child's name, age or primary-school level
- Messages, questions or goals you share with us
- Payment information you provide for class enrolment (processed by our payment provider—we do not store full card numbers)
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics/advertising partners may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (device type, OS, browser version, language)
- Usage information (pages visited, time on page, referring URL, clicks)
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see "Cookies & Tracking" below)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and schedule intro calls
- Provide, operate, and improve our classes and AI Character Lab
- Send you class schedules, progress reports, and service-related messages
- Process payments and manage enrolment
- Measure the performance of our website and marketing (including Google Ads and Google Analytics)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our classes are designed for primary-school students (P1–P6), but the Service is intended to be purchased and managed by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent's or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has provided us with information without parental consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC))
